Senior Salesforce Administrator

In this role you configure and scale our Salesforce Sales Cloud to empower the Commercial teams and support revenue operations. You’ll translate requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions, while shaping the platform roadmap and prioritizing initiatives. You’ll maintain data quality, automate processes, and drive user adoption through clear communications and governance. This position offers the chance to impact how we enable growth at scale within a diverse, ambitious team.

• Perform Salesforce configuration changes (Flow, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, reports and dashboards)
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable, user-focused solutions
• Help create the platform roadmap and define priorities with stakeholders
• Communicate platform changes effectively to end users and stakeholders
• Manage data quality and implement rules and automation as needed
• Conduct proactive system maintenance (Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Optimizer)
• Handle user support tickets and support requests
• Identify underutilised features and improve user adoption
• Prepare technical documentation

• 5+ years Salesforce Administration experience with hands-on Sales Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Flow, SOQL, integration patterns, security and authentication
• Basic understanding of Triggers, Apex, LWC/Aura, Web Services and APIs
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering scalable, user-centric solutions
• Autonomy in project management and decision-making with growth mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity
• Excellent communication for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with Test Automation; Agentforce/LLM integrations a plus
