Tender Manager Landfalls

As Tender Manager you drive the end-to-end tender process for complex offshore works, coordinating cross-functional teams to craft technically solid and commercially compelling bids. You act as the central contact with clients and internal stakeholders, guiding method selection, planning, pricing, and risk assessment to secure contracts. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary tender team and steer negotiations post-submission to maximize value and win rate. This role blends leadership, technical insight and commercial acumen in a dynamic offshore environment.

• Analyze tender documentation from potential clients
• Develop method selection and write proposals
• Prepare cost calculations and planning of works
• Draft installation sequence drawings
• Perform risk assessments
• Liaise with subcontractors, partners and supporting departments
• Summarize and report for internal and external approval

• BSc or MSc in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore installation projects or tenders
• Experience with dredging projects preferred
• Strong negotiations skills and commercial awareness
• Powerful communication across organizational levels
• Pragmatic, proactive, hands-on mindset with problem-solving approach
• Structured, deadline-driven work style
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera is an asset
• Willingness to travel abroad for short missions
