SAP S/4HANA Manager Controlling/PS

As an SAP S/4HANA Finance Manager focused on Controlling and Project System, you guide finance transformations in complex manufacturing settings. You translate client goals into scalable SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions and shape target architecture from discovery to stabilization. You act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams and driving the roadmap for SAP Finance evolution. This role offers impact across finance, controlling, and project systems within EY’s SAP Practice, with opportunities to influence proposals and capability growth.

• Lead design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, especially CO and PS in manufacturing environments
• Advise on target architecture, transformation roadmaps, and SAP best practices for Finance capabilities
• Shape end-to-end integration between S/4HANA Finance and logistics, production, MM/PP, SD, PM/ERP, and PS
• Design and govern integrations with analytics and planning tools, including SAP Analytics Cloud
• Manage Finance and CO-PS workstreams, including scope, planning, budget, risks, and delivery governance
• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams (including distributed/remote delivery)
• Build trusted client relationships and support proposals, solution shaping, and business development

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ SAP Finance / Controlling experience, with substantial SAP S/4HANA expertise
• Experience in multiple full life-cycle SAP implementations and leadership roles (Finance stream lead, CO-PS lead, architect, or project manager)
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance architecture and transformation roadmaps
• Deep expertise in Controlling (cost Center, internal orders, product costing, standard/actual costing, material ledger, margin analysis) and PS (project costing, budgeting, commitments, settlement)
• Understanding of Finance master data governance and end-to-end S/4HANA integration with MM, PP, SD, PM/EA, PS
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and enterprise reporting/financial planning
• Willingness to travel internationally and strong communication skills in English (Dutch a plus)
