Tender & Acquisition Manager Landfalls

In this Tender Manager role, you will lead the bid lifecycle for complex offshore works, aligning engineering, planning and pricing to winning proposals. You will steer a cross-disciplinary tender team and establish strong client relationships throughout the process. You drive method selection, risk assessment and cost planning, ensuring high-quality submissions and effective negotiations. This role offers strategic impact by shaping tenders and contracts while supporting the company’s offshore-to-onshore execution expertise.

• Analyze tender documentation from potential clients
• Develop methods, proposals and installation sequences
• Prepare cost calculations and project planning
• Draft installation sequence drawings
• Conduct risk assessments
• Liaise with subcontractors, partners and support departments
• Summarize and report for approvals

• BSc or MSc in a relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in offshore installation projects or tenders
• Dredging experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication across all organizational levels
• Pragmatic, proactive, hands-on mindset with problem-solving
• Structured with deadline-oriented delivery
• Willingness to travel abroad for short missions
