As the Infrastructure Data Center Transformation Solution Architect, you will craft end-to-end, commercially viable data center modernization and AI-enabled infrastructure solutions. You’ll align DC, private/hybrid cloud, network, cyber, and MS workstreams into cohesive proposals, balancing technical excellence with business value. You’ll lead multi-tower solution design, pricing alignment, and alliance integration to win pursuits. This role blends architecture mastery with techno-commercial judgment in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Lead infrastructure transformation proposals as solution architect and integrated owner; shape the solution storyline across DC, Network, Cyber, Cloud and MS
• Coordinate alliance offerings and vendor pricing constructs into client-facing price book structures
• Provide technical and techno-commercial inputs for contracting and deal negotiations, including pricing guardrails and AI automation commitments
• Scoping, estimation, and risk planning to ensure accurate sizing and risk mitigation in complex deployments
• Architect and validate multi-tower solutions, ensuring NFR compliance and alignment with architecture views
• Drive knowledge management, reusable frameworks, and skill development across technology domains
• Engage in post-implementation support to resolve critical live-site issues and meet SLAs
• Mentor and develop talent, support career planning, and contribute to practice development
• Lead client management discussions to articulate Infosys differentiation and value of AI-led transformation
• Manage project plans, resource needs, and scheduling to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Provide inputs to project plan reviews, quality targets, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with business outcomes
• Support sales cycles with solution reviews, workshops, and proof points
• Develop and validate architecture decisions for compute, storage, network, cloud, cyber, and AI infrastructure domains
• Develop reference architectures and migration patterns with automation, observability, and FinOps considerations

• Pre-Sales & Solution Leadership: proven capability in leading large-scale data center transformation deals
• Cross-Industry Transformation Experience: experience delivering DC infrastructure transformation across multiple verticals
• Enterprise & Cross-Domain Architecture: strong ability to integrate across multiple infrastructure layers
• Techno-Commercial Acumen: balance technical excellence with commercial viability and pricing awareness
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Transformation Consulting: ability to engage clients and internal teams through transformation programs
