Project Manager

As Project Manager at Roland Berger Amsterdam, you lead complex client projects and drive tailor-made strategic solutions. • Manage complex projects with teams of three or more consultants
• Coach and develop project team members
• Collaborate with industry experts within Roland Berger
• Contribute to knowledge development by capturing insights from client work
• Participate in office-wide studies and sector-focused initiatives

• >5 years of experience in strategy and/or management consulting or related strategic/operational roles
• leadership experience with people management and delegation
• strong analytical thinking and ability to structure arguments
• familiar with (financial) modeling (Excel) and presenting via PowerPoint
• excellent English (oral, written, and presentation) skills
