Client Service Associate (Dutch speaking)

As a Client Service Associate at Saxo Bank in Amsterdam, you support the Investment Specialists by assisting clients with information access and platform use. You will develop investment knowledge through structured training and support clients with product questions on options, turbos and futures, while building solid relationships to enhance client satisfaction. You’ll engage with market context and opportunities, contributing to a culture of growth and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers a clear path to deepen market expertise and impact in a purpose-driven, international team.

• Handle customer support queries to access information and use the platform
• Answer queries about investment products (options, turbos, futures) and trading systems
• Provide information about Saxo Bank products (Self-Investing and Asset Management) and proactively offer these options
• Discuss investment opportunities with clients and inform them about current market events
• Complete internal training such as DSI Securities Trader and DSI Integrity

• Dutch fluency (CEFR/IELTS level C1 or above)
• Organized, eager to learn, able to multitask
• Customer-oriented with a curious, problem-solving mindset
• Completed secondary education
• Genuine interest in learning about investing and financial markets
