Sales Consultant Full time (38 hours)

In this role you contribute to adidas retail success by delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining inviting store environments. You will support stock control, merchandising, and daily operations while engaging customers as a brand ambassador. You work closely with the team to meet store goals and drive sales, all within adidas’ inclusive, innovative culture. This position offers development across retail, office, and distribution functions and a chance to contribute to a brand that blends sport with nature.

• Maintain high merchandising and housekeeping standards at all times
• Process incoming deliveries and replenish sales floors within defined areas
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks
• Connect with customers as a brand ambassador and align with adidas values
• Collaborate with teammates to drive sales and achieve store goals
• Own learning by completing training and applying it on the shop floor

• Experience in sport or fashion customer-focused retail
• Retail or stockroom experience is a plus
• Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment via visual merchandising and housekeeping
• Effective customer service and sales skills
• Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to help on the shop floor
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to work independently
