Advisor, Regional KAM

In this role you drive growth for strategic customers within a global logistics network. You will own the account strategy, coordinate cross-functional efforts and push profitability across international operations. You’ll engage senior stakeholders, craft development plans, and lead initiatives that expand service usage and retention. • Achieve annual sales targets and grow volume
• Manage quotes and contracts
• Improve profitability of services offered
• Increase volume, sales, and profit
• Lead customer growth and up-sell new services
• Drive customer projects
• Chair/lead QBRs and ABRs
• Maintain solid account plan and 12–18 month pipeline
• Develop and implement development strategy for relevant customer portfolio
• Manage stakeholder relationships from transactional to strategic
• Plan for customer renewals and reduce leakage
• Identify and implement savings potentials for customers
• Joint ownership of accounts receivable KPI
• Capture voice of the customer with internal stakeholders

• Order management experience
• High customer orientation with strong business acumen
• 5+ years in logistics, preferably international trade logistics
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong time management, prioritization, organizational and planning skills
• Intermediate or higher knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of CRM tools like Dynamics
