SPS Supply Chain Design, Analytics and AI Leader

In this role you will build and lead a global SPS Supply Chain Design, Analytics and AI organization to turn data and technology into stronger business decisions. You will shape future supply-chain capabilities, drive AI adoption across SPS, and partner with IT and centers of excellence to ensure resilient performance in a health-technology environment. You will connect strategy with execution, scale AI from concepts to measurable value, and influence senior leaders across a matrixed organization.

• Own and evolve SPS process and data architecture design principles and strategy

• Shape and execute the SPS AI agenda, identify high-value use cases, drive adoption and scale value across SPS
• Drive parts-sales growth by identifying opportunities that create customer and business value
• Build and integrate a global organization across locations and leadership layers
• Build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders across SPS, IT, business and transformation teams

• 10+ years of global supply-chain experience in design, data science or transformation
• Master’s degree in relevant field
• Proven experience leading large global organizations and building high-performing leadership teams
• Experience in organizational transformation and cross-functional integration
• Strong capability in supply-chain design, analytics, process architecture and data architecture
• Experience with IT and business-intelligence techniques, methods and tools
• Ability to identify high-value AI use cases and drive adoption beyond proof-of-concept
• Track record of turning complex challenges into measurable results
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment
• Collaborative leadership across cultures, functions and geographies
