Senior Project Lead

In this role you lead IT/OT project delivery within Global Animal Health Manufacturing IT, translating business processes into right-sized IT solutions. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and ensure regulatory compliance (CSV and SDLC). You partner with platform teams to shape solution architectures that meet business goals and operating models. The role offers impact by enabling value realization across site operations and maintaining GAHM IT standards. You will drive timely milestones and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

• Define and maintain project scope, cost, quality, and timelines via the GAHM-IT Statement of Work
• Define and maintain WBS and project schedule for IT/OT activities with stakeholders
• Ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget project delivery
• Confirm resource availability and allocation for projects
• Define and maintain IT/OT project risks
• Monitor cost and schedule variance
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for multiple projects
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques
• Track performance to achieve short- and long-term milestones
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust constraints via financial analysis
• Facilitate project status reports to stakeholders
• Communicate project status and performance across all stages with stakeholders
• Partner with platform teams to design architectures aligning with directions and standards
• Guard GAHM IT way of working

• Bachelor's degree in business information systems or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive project experience
• Experienced in managing projects
• Able to facilitate organizational change management
• Strong business acumen and ability to build rapport with peers and executives
• Organizational savvy; adept at managing diverse relationships across geography and culture
• Open to listening, discerning pain points, and fostering collaboration
• Automation domain knowledge (ISA 95 level 2/3)
• Experience with PLC/SCADA systems, PCS7 etc.
• Experience in pharmaceutical (GxP) or similar industry
• Hands-on experience with MS Project and Power BI
• PMP/Prince certification is preferred
