ServiceNow Architect

You drive the technical vision and design authority for client ServiceNow platforms, shaping enterprise-scale deployments and ensuring alignment with security and compliance. In this role you bridge business and technical stakeholders, mentor consultants, and lead integration and performance best practices. You influence solution design through design authority sessions and proactively surface risks and improvement opportunities. Working with cross-functional teams, you contribute to a culture of learning and continuous innovation.

• Define the architecture of ServiceNow implementations and oversee their delivery
• Lead the creation of detailed technical designs leveraging ServiceNow capabilities
• Bridge business and technical stakeholders as expert advisor in solutioning sessions
• Design and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (Active Directory, Workday, Jira)
• Drive QA, security, and coding best practices across delivery teams
• Mentor consultants and developers, fostering practice growth through documentation
• Host Design Authority meetings for technical solution reviews
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across scope
• Monitor instance performance and manage upgrade cycles

• 5+ years implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions with enterprise-scale delivery
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified System Administrator plus CIS certifications
• Expert understanding of ServiceNow data models, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform security
• Proven experience integrating third-party systems and enterprise applications
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
