RES Sales Specialist

In this role you drive regional sales and business development for residential energy storage solutions. You build and maintain key customer relationships and promote the brand through events and training. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product and after-sales needs, while providing feedback for product development. You work toward regional growth with a focus on installer-facing promotion and regulatory awareness, supporting customers and guiding strategic product plans.

• Execute regional sales targets and business development plans aligned with the company strategy
• Develop, manage and nurture relationships with key customers
• Brand and product promotion via exhibitions, technical trainings, roadshows and similar activities
• Support local after-sales teams in resolving product quality and after-sales issues
• Conduct product research to feed internal insights for new product development and future strategy planning
• Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams locally
• Timely handling and coordination of daily customer issues and complaints

• Industry experience in residential energy storage and small-scale C&I energy storage
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience
• Education in Solar energy storage or Electrical Engineering preferred
• Knowledge of residential Hybrid inverters, PCS, batteries, and all-in-one systems; basic energy storage knowledge required
• Basic knowledge of VPP and regulations governing residential energy storage
• Familiarity with key sales networks and major customers in the assigned region; ability to promote at installer level
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to communicate in Dutch or French
