You will manage Tier 1 suppliers and collaborate with cross-functional teams across international markets. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across infrastructure software categories to optimise spend and align with business objectives
• Lead cross-country negotiations with major technology vendors to improve pricing, licensing models and contractual terms
• Build and manage relationships with Tier 1 suppliers to drive performance and long-term value
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver global sourcing projects and manage third-party risk

• Proven experience in strategic procurement and software sourcing, ideally in international financial services
• Experience leading cross-country negotiations with major Tier 1 technology vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Broadcom, SAP, Oracle, IBM, hyperscalers)
• Strong understanding of enterprise software licensing models, vendor pricing structures, and complex contractual negotiations
