Application Engineer

In this role you design, configure and implement complex WMS solutions for European warehouses, translating business needs into robust IT specifications. You work across design, configuration, testing and go-live, primarily with Blue Yonder Dispatcher and related WMS add-ons. You collaborate with project managers, process and integration engineers, IT teams and customers to deliver欧洲-wide deployments. You contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes through hands-on WMS expertise and cross-functional teamwork.

• Translate requirements into functional and technical designs for WMS
• Build and configure solutions in CargoWrite WMS suite (incl. Blue Yonder Dispatcher)
• Execute FAT testing and guide system, integration and user acceptance testing
• Support customer implementations and on-site go-lives in European warehouses
• Assess impact of changes and safeguard quality, documentation and performance
• Act as subject-matter expert for WMS topics within projects

• Bachelor or Master degree in logistics, supply chain, ICT or comparable field (minimum requirement)
• Experience configuring WMS systems such as Blue Yonder Dispatcher
• Knowledge of logistics processes, WMS, and SQL; experience with logistics automation is a plus
• Strong analytical skills; ability to translate operational needs into IT specifications
• Proficient English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel 10–20%
