Senior Partnership Manager

As Senior Partnership Manager, you serve as the central hub linking PFZW and PGGM IM to drive strategic collaboration, governance, and delivery. You oversee the PFZW–PGGM IM contract and SLA framework, coordinate joint deliverables, and ensure timely, high-quality decisions for PFZW approvals. You manage stakeholder dialogue across both organizations and align PFZW priorities with PGGM IM initiatives. You play a pivotal role in organizing the Investment Committee process and the product delivery cycle, while proactively resolving bottlenecks to enable effective decision-making.

• Steer the PFZW–PGGM IM strategic partnership, including governance and contract/SLA management, and coordinate the joint strategic roadmap
• Organise and follow up Investment Committee meetings and manage the end-to-end product delivery cycle as the central information funnel
• Coordinate incoming PFZW–PGGM requests, directing items to stakeholders and tracking progress to completion
• Oversee accountability and reporting processes by gathering inputs and supporting reporting on investment and business management topics
• Coordinate alignment, quality, and timely delivery across partnerships, governance, and product delivery
• Structure work for the Associate Partnership Manager and the Secretary, align priorities, and monitor progress to ensure consistent team outcomes

• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and board-level interactions in a complex environment
• Strong communication skills to connect perspectives, facilitate dialogue, and ensure follow-up
• Strategic thinking with governance awareness and ability to translate developments into actions
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with track record as a central coordinator
• Knowledge of asset management and pension funds, including policy frameworks and regulatory environment for asset managers
• Up-to-date knowledge of the Dutch pension system, including WTP
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability
• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in pension funds, asset managers, or financial institutions
