Lead, Global Innovation (Mayonnaise)

In this role you drive global innovation for the Mayonnaise category under the Heinz brand. You will lead a cross-functional Agile Pod to develop and launch new products that fuel growth and strengthen the brand’s market position. You’ll navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and turn ideas into market-ready capabilities. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role that shapes how Kraft Heinz innovates at scale.

• Develop and execute global innovation strategies aligned with business objectives for Mayonnaise
• Lead and mentor a 5+ person cross-functional Agile Pod to launch new innovations
• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and rapid iteration
• Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams on innovation initiatives
• Influence senior stakeholders to drive initiatives forward and secure buy-in
• Communicate complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders
• Drive revenue growth through innovation metrics (time-to-market, adoption, ROI)
• Oversee P&L, competitive analysis, and retailer sell-in materials in partnership with BU

• 8+ years in marketing for an established or startup CPG with innovation experience
• Experience managing employees and cross-functional teams; strong collaboration and leadership
• Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making
• Consumer-centric mindset with growth orientation and fast-to-action bias
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Understanding of Financial P&L and ability to assess competitive space
