Sr Professional Services Consultant (PSC)

As a Professional Services Consultant, you lead the technical deployment and initial configuration of Prisma Access Browser for customers, translating security requirements into an operational cloud-delivered solution. You collaborate with customers, solution consultants, and project managers to implement PAB per best practices and customer needs. You drive adoption, navigate complex environments, and help customers move toward a Zero Trust architecture. You act as the technical voice for best practices and performance optimization, shaping customer outcomes and product feedback.

• Lead end-to-end PAB implementation, including secure tenant setup and IdP integrations
• Translate customer designs into actionable PAB configurations with access controls and DLP rules
• Guide large-scale deployment of the PAB client to end-user devices using enterprise methods (GPO, MDM)
• Serve as the principal technical advisor on PAB features, optimization, and security posture improvements
• Perform deep-dive root cause analysis for escalations and coordinate cross-functional resolution
• Produce customer-specific as-built documentation and deliver training/knowledge transfer
• Capture field feedback for product improvement and drive adoption of security best practices
• Maintain expert knowledge of Prisma Access Browser and stay current with releases and trends

• 8+ years in a hands-on, technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Professional Services Consultant, TAM, or Senior Sales Engineer)
• Proven proactive engagement and ability to push customers toward deployment velocity
• Expert-level networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S) and security principles (Zero Trust, SASE, Firewall, Proxy, VPN)
• Experience leading complex technical projects in customer environments and delivering deployments to completion
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with structured root cause analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse stakeholders
• Experience with IAM and IdP integrations (SAML 2.0) using Azure AD or Okta
• Familiarity with cloud/SaaS security architectures and browser security challenges
• Knowledge of Prisma Access deployment, architecture, and traffic flows
• Desirable knowledge: enterprise device deployment tools (Intune, Jamf, SCCM), industry or cloud security certifications
• Basic scripting ability (PowerShell, Python) for automation
