Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at DSV, you will steer international customer implementations and strategic improvement initiatives across the logistics network. You connect customers, operations and IT to shape feasible logistics concepts and deliver tangible results. You lead cross‑functional teams and workshops, guiding projects from concept to delivery while developing long‑term accounts. • Lead major customer implementations from the final sales stage to delivery
• Define implementation approach and translate customer needs into logistics concepts
• Organise and lead customer workshops; map requirements, scope, timelines and budgets
• Lead international, multidisciplinary project teams (Operations, Business Change Management, Carrier Management, IT)
• Monitor progress and serve as central contact for customer and internal stakeholders
• Drive account development roadmaps and translate ambitions into concrete improvement initiatives
• Design and deliver customer‑focused logistics solutions
• Support continuous improvement, performance enhancement, digitalisation and sustainability initiatives
• Identify opportunities within the wider supply chain and translate plans into results
• Contribute to long‑term customer relationships and ongoing development of DSV

• Extensive experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams (preferably in logistics, supply chain, transport or international environments)
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to connect customers with internal disciplines (Operations, IT, Carrier Management)
• Solid understanding of logistics processes and ability to translate challenges into achievable solutions
• Analytical, with clear communication and pragmatic approach
• Affinity with continuous improvement, digitalisation and sustainability
• Fluency in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
