Technical Pre Sales - Netherlands/Poland

In this Technical Pre-Sales role, you connect advanced quantum computing capabilities with real client needs. You will engage with European prospects and customers, translating complex tech into business value and shaping go-to-market activity. You work closely with sales, product and R&D to deepen product understanding while supporting commercial opportunities. Your expertise helps accelerate adoption of quantum solutions across strategic industries, combining technical depth with customer-facing impact.

• Articulate the value and potential of quantum computing to diverse audiences
• Identify opportunities with prospects across Europe within target industries
• Translate customer challenges into relevant business and application use cases
• Build relationships with customers and senior stakeholders
• Support the sales process from initial engagement through contract discussions
• Collaborate with sales, product and R&D to understand technology, products and roadmap
• Represent the company at conferences, events, and customer meetings in Europe
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and customer engagement processes

• Master's degree or PhD in a related discipline
• Min 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the private sector
• Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and ecosystem
• Knowledge of quantum algorithms, machine learning, HPC or related computational tech beneficial
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, etc.)
• Experience working with external customers and senior stakeholders
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to varied technical levels
• Experience in a startup, scale-up or high-growth tech environment advantageous
• Fluent professional English
