NPI Project Manager

As Project Manager NPI at Nexperia, you lead end-to-end R&D and New Product Introduction for Voltage Translator and Digital Isolator products from concept to market. You coordinate cross-functional, global teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards, contributing to the growth of the IC Solutions portfolio. You will drive project execution, manage risks, and steer the product family pipeline while advancing best practices in project management. • Lead cross-functional teams responsible for design, testing, validation, qualification, and release of new Voltage Translator and Digital Isolator products
• Define resource needs, assemble teams, and provide leadership and coaching throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive execution to meet specifications, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements
• Monitor progress, identify risks and gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Oversee the product family pipeline and align multiple development projects
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to project management best practices
• Coach Project Leaders and team members and perform peer reviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure successful outcomes and strategic alignment

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience in an international matrix organization
• PM certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Experience with modern Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Strong leadership with experience building and leading cross-functional teams in a global environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, including engagement with senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
