Senior Analyst Executive Compensation & Board Advisory

As a Senior Analyst in the ECBA team, you will deliver high-quality analysis, client materials and outputs on executive compensation and board advisory topics. You will conduct complex quantitative and qualitative work, prepare client-ready reports, and contribute to compensation programmes and governance assessments. You will work across varied projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and independently managing defined workstreams. This globally connected firm offers exposure to large multinational clients and impactful, room-to-grow opportunities. You will be proactive, detail-oriented and able to present insights clearly to clients.

• perform complex quantitative and qualitative analyses
• prepare client-ready presentations and reports
• support the design and review of executive compensation programmes
• stay updated on market and regulatory developments
• contribute to business development initiatives
• work on projects such as benchmarking, incentive design, pay-for-performance analysis, remuneration policy reviews, and governance assessments
• collaborate with diverse project teams and independently manage defined workstreams
• review outputs for accuracy and quality before delivery
• develop and coach junior colleagues where appropriate

• Master's degree in a quantitative/analytical field
• approximately 2 years of relevant consulting or advisory experience
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights
• ability to work independently and take ownership of workstreams
• high attention to detail and commitment to quality
• good project management and organizational skills
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluency in English; local language skills are advantageous
