Head of Demand Planning

As Head of Demand Planning, you will shape end-to-end supply chain strategy for the Benelux market. You will lead a cross-functional team of planners, drive S&OP and IBP programs, and translate market signals into accurate forecasts and aligned supply plans. You will implement innovative demand planning strategies to stay agile amid volatility and manage launches, delistings, and lifecycle events. You will partner with commercial, supply chain, and leadership teams to optimize inventory, service levels, and costs. This role offers meaningful impact shaping resilient, data-driven operations aligned with Kraft Heinz's growth.

• Lead monthly S&OP process with cross-functional alignment
• Develop and roll out Global IBP program in Benelux
• Innovate demand planning strategies to stay agile to market changes
• Conduct what-if analysis and scenario planning for volatility and risks
• Communicate exceptions to plans with strategic recommendations
• Provide accurate forecasts for new product launches
• Monitor launches and adjust forecasts and supply plans as needed
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify underperforming or non-viable products
• Collaborate with supply planning to manage inventory during delisting and clearance actions
• Oversee maintenance and improvement of 09 parameters aligning with objectives
• Work with global teams to ensure digital capabilities meet user needs and are implemented

• Advanced proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO)
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills with large datasets
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Solid understanding of supply chain principles (inventory, logistics, distribution)
