Senior Analyst Rewards, Data & Intelligence

In this role, you will support the Rewards Data Intelligence Practice across sales, marketing, client management and data analytics to grow profitability. You will manage client participation, nurture relationships, and assist in survey operations and compensation project work. You will contribute to client presentations, pay assessments and the marketing of benchmark reports. • Support new and existing clients with compensation survey participation and an optimal overall experience
• Grow database participation and data robustness through client relationships and networks
• Sell industry- and country-focused compensation/benchmark reports and insights
• Ensure effective contracting and build/maintain client relationships
• Conduct and support client presentations and events
• Provide clients with pay assessment of roles
• Support generation of new business and survey marketing, sales, and prospecting activities
• Provide project support to senior colleagues by researching, analyzing data, drafting reports and attending meetings

• Good client relationship management skills with a dedication to quality and customer service
• Demonstrated ease when dealing with clients/colleagues at various seniority levels
• First-hand experience in compensation data management and/or survey operations (advantage)
• Able to manage own workload and seek support as needed

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in data management or HR/pay review processes or survey/compensation consulting
• Numerate with data analysis and interpretation skills
• Practical experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor Degree in numerate discipline or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
