Microsoft Business Transformation Consultant Data & AI

In this role you help clients define their Data & AI ambition and turn it into actionable roadmaps, within BearingPoint’s Enterprise Microsoft Transformation (EMT) practice in the Netherlands. You combine strategy, transformation, and execution while growing EMT through new propositions and account development. You work closely with Microsoft experts across Europe to deliver AI-enabled data transformations and modern work solutions that unlock business value.

• Advise on Data & AI transformation strategies and develop compelling business cases and implementation roadmaps
• Assess AI readiness, identify opportunities for innovation, and unlock value from Microsoft technologies (Azure, Fabric, Copilot)
• Support clients in defining and executing Data & AI programs; act as trusted advisor to executives
• Facilitate workshops, assessments, and strategy sessions; bridge business objectives and technology solutions
• Identify and develop opportunities within existing and new client accounts; contribute to proposals and client presentations
• Build long-term client relationships and account development plans; contribute to market development and propositions
• Represent BearingPoint at client events; collaborate with EMT colleagues across Europe to bring innovative solutions to market
• Help shape a fast-growing EMT in the Netherlands and support growth through commercial activities and market insights

• Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting, technology, digital transformation, or data-driven change
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Data & AI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot) or related cloud services
• Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills
• Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, and executive presentations
• Commercial mindset with experience in business development and account growth
• Ability to combine strategic advisory with practical execution
• Strong communication in Dutch and English
