Project Manager NPI

In this role you drive the introduction of mechatronic modules and full machines into customer assembly factories, coordinating cross‑functional teams to hit quality, delivery and cost targets. You work closely with design and production to ensure smooth NPI execution and market launch, while contributing to process improvements within the NPI program. You’ll engage with Sales to secure new projects and shape quotes, all in a World Class Manufacturing context.

• Gather customer needs on forecasts, demand, priorities, issues and complaints throughout the project
• Prepare and maintain project reports for the NPI Manager and Assembly Management Team, including timely signaling and escalation of disruptions
• Align with NPI Manager on budget, planning and product margin/revenue requirements
• Execute NPI projects per the Sioux Quality Management System to meet QLTC specifications (Quality, Logistics, Technology, Cost) in line with World Class Manufacturing
• Initiate or participate in developing and optimizing NPI Project Management processes, focusing on D&E to Production interfaces
• Collaborate with Sales to acquire new NPI projects
• Provide project estimates to the Account Manager for RFQ-based quotes

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
• ≥5 years of relevant NPI project management experience in a high-tech industry
• Knowledge of business processes and related challenges
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prince2)
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems such as Navision, SAP, or Microsoft D365
• Strong leadership, influencing, conflict management and team-building skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
