Development Engineer

In this role you will lead the development of next‑generation electrical propulsion systems for maritime applications, including fully electric, serial hybrid, and hydrogen fuel cells. You’ll work within a fast-moving team that collaborates across sales, supply chain, service, and international engineering peers to turn concepts into robust solutions. • Lead development of electrical propulsion systems from concept to implementation
• Design, prototype, and test electrical subsystems for marine propulsion
• Conduct feasibility studies and capture product requirements for well-defined specifications
• Develop and execute test plans, validate designs, and document results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across international sites
• Produce clear technical drawings and documentation
• Support design reviews and stakeholder alignment

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
• Hands-on experience in stages of the engineering development lifecycle
• Enthusiasm for electric systems and sustainable technology with entrepreneurial drive
