As a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger Amsterdam, you drive strategic projects for national and international clients across diverse industries. You lead modules within larger projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with industry experts to craft data-driven growth and performance solutions. You’ll contribute to knowledge development and participate in office-wide studies, shaping thought leadership. • Lead modules in large projects and manage smaller projects (3–5 consultants)
• Coach and develop project teams
• Collaborate with industry experts at Roland Berger
• Contribute to knowledge development by capturing insights from client work
• Participate in office-wide projects and studies to advance firm thinking

• Academic university education (WO)
• >3 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or related senior roles
• Experience in multiple industries (retail, FMCG, energy, healthcare, TMT, etc.) is advantageous
• Technical affinity and commercial insight
• Strong analytical thinking and structured argumentation
• Precise, open-minded, and able to manage others / delegate
• Experience with financial modeling (Excel), PowerPoint storytelling
