Leader & Manager Development – Senior Specialist

As Leader & Manager Development, you will design and deliver leadership programs across EMEA and build tools to support Ricoh leaders. You’ll fuse internal data with external best practice to enhance learning design and assessments. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, create practical learning resources, and explore AI-enhanced solutions. Your work shapes leadership capability and people development at scale within a people-first culture.

• Design and deliver leadership and manager development solutions across EMEA
• Improve learning design, tools and assessments using data and best practice
• Develop and maintain a People Development Toolkit (talent assessments, 360 feedback, coaching, development programmes)
• Plan, research, create content, report, and communicate with stakeholders on development projects
• Create workshops, digital learning paths, toolkits, templates and local playbooks
• Explore AI-enabled learning solutions (AI coaches, chatbots) and facilitate sessions
• Create local team toolkits with conversation guides and session plans
• Manage pilots, gather lessons, drive continuous improvement and measure business impact
• Collaborate with L&D teams and HRBPs to align solutions across markets
• Provide governance on standards, materials, dashboards, and partner management
• Maintain shared materials and Communities of Practice to engage learners
• Ensure clarity and consistency of manager development offers across EMEA

• Strong learning design skills across different learning formats
• Confident facilitator for virtual and in-person sessions
• Solid project management with risk planning and stakeholder communication
• Experience with LMS/LXP and HRIS platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence HRBPs and leaders
• Degree level or equivalent professional qualification with relevant experience
• Strong collaboration and cross-market relationship building
• Understanding of leadership, management and adult learning principles
