Application Specialist ServiceNow

In this role you will design and implement ServiceNow solutions within an agile IT application team, translating business needs into technical outcomes. You’ll improve, expand, and integrate ServiceNow implementations while collaborating with developers and IT business partners to deliver value. You’ll tackle complex issues, support IT operations, and grow into a versatile application expert across our landscape. • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Implement Best Practices of ServiceNow
• Execute test plans and ensure quality delivery
• Analyze and resolve complex issues within existing implementations
• Assist the IT Operations support team when required
• Act as subject matter expert and mentor others in designing optimal solutions
• Learn and contribute to other applications in the landscape

• At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow (certified preferred)
• ServiceNow modules: SAM, HAM, ITSM, SPM and dashboarding
• Fluent in English; Dutch beneficial but not essential
• Experience with managing other business applications (e.g., Exact Synergy, Exact Globe, TVM, ScanSys, Exact Online, Salesforce)
• Experience in a Microsoft-oriented IT landscape; administrator certifications preferred
• Experience with complex IT environments and multi-application integrations
• Customer-facing experience translating business requirements to application solutions
• Basic software development skills: Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Basic experience with data integrations
