Trade Compliance & Geopolitical Manager

In this role you drive the strategic Trade Compliance and Geopolitical Risk agenda within Sourcing, Supply Chain & Procurement. You liaise with Legal & Compliance and Government & External Affairs to translate regulatory and geopolitical developments into actionable guidance for sourcing and supplier strategies. You will build capabilities, measure progress with KPIs, and embed risk considerations into decision-making to keep the organization resilient and compliant. • Act as SS&P focal point for Trade Compliance and Geopolitical topics with Legal & Compliance input
• Perform SS&P risk assessments and enhance controls via automation and data-driven methods
• Assess long-term impact of emerging legislation on the supply chain and model scenarios
• Integrate risk scenarios into category strategies with clusters
• Interface with Legal & Compliance and Government & External Affairs to ensure cross-region execution
• Define and drive capability improvements across the organization
• Define Trade Compliance KPIs to measure progress

• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement or trade-related roles within a global environment
• Strong interest in trade regulations (export controls, customs, sanctions) and operational impact
• Good understanding of risk and control frameworks
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and align senior functions
• Ability to bring structure in ambiguity, calm escalations, and drive proactive action
