Senior Analyst Strategic Pricing

In this role you drive profitability through detailed pricing analyses and customized proposals for key customers. You work with cross-functional teams to design and implement pricing strategies that repair margins and enable sustainable growth. You will contribute to yield improvement programs and act as a costing SME within Global Pricing, influencing decisions at executive level. This is a data-driven, international role that shapes pricing to support DHL's profitability and customer value.

• Perform profitability reviews and develop pricing proposals for large/customers with margin improvement in mind
• Prepare customer-facing proposals and support negotiations with stakeholders
• Provide analytical input for yield improvement and growth programs (e.g., red/yellow cards, GSRT, blue lanes)
• Act as costing SME within Pricing; manage pricing CPK processes and data updates
• Produce ad hoc profitability analyses and support strategic growth initiatives
• Coordinate with GCP/KAP and Tender, and with country pricing/sales teams to ensure compliant proposals
• Deliver impact analyses and follow-up for stakeholders

• Experience or knowledge of pricing, costing and DHL processes
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines

• Data analysis skills in MS-Excel/ MS-Access; ability to work with large data sets (SQL, Python)
• Negotiation and presentation skills
• 0–2 years in analytical, financial or marketing roles; experience in costing/pricing preferred
