Project Manager

In this role, you will lead mechatronic product development projects from concept to industrialization, ensuring they meet cost, quality, and time targets. You will manage cross-functional engineering teams and coordinate with customers and suppliers to deliver robust automotive actuation solutions. The position sits within MCi and supports growth into Active Aerodynamics and motor cooling management systems. You will influence project decisions, governance, and the transfer from development to manufacturing.

• Lead multidisciplinary product development projects from concept through industrialization
• Ensure delivery within Cost, Quality and Time (CQT) targets
• Define scope, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies and resource needs
• Lead cross-disciplinary project teams and drive collaboration
• Conduct feasibility studies and support business case development
• Monitor progress and resolve technical and project-related issues
• Report status, risks, budget performance and recovery plans
• Manage customer-facing communications and commitments
• Ensure alignment with development process and governance
• Support product transfer from development to manufacturing

• Minimum 3 years end-to-end project management experience with CQT accountability
• Experience leading multidisciplinary product development involving Hardware, Software and Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with structured stage-gate or phase-gate development processes
• Preferred experience in automotive or regulated industries
• Preferred experience in an ASPICE environment
• Strong ability to create structure in complex situations and align stakeholders
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and influential without direct authority
