Senior R&D Transformation Solutions Designer

You drive end-to-end capability design and transformation in R&D, blending service design, systems thinking, and program delivery. You’ll shape holistic solutions across people, process, and technology with a human-centric, adoption-driven approach. You connect strategy to execution by leading or coordinating implementation across functions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions that align with transformation goals.

• Design and optimize end-to-end R&D capabilities and workflows
• Apply service design to create user-centered, scalable solutions
• Create service blueprints and journey maps to visualize experiences
• Translate business needs into integrated, cross-domain solutions
• Lead or coordinate projects from concept to implementation
• Drive Agile/hybrid delivery of digital and non-digital solutions
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams for rollout and adoption
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across levels
• Bridge business, digital, and operational teams to align efforts
• Ensure sustainability and integration within the broader ecosystem

• 6+ years of experience in service/solution design, program management, or transformation
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions across people, process, and technology
• Experience in cross-functional, complex environments
• Strong systems thinking with strategic and operational capabilities
• Solid understanding of service design and/or design thinking
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or traditional program/project management frameworks
• Knowledge of change management principles and stakeholder engagement approaches
• Excellent communication and storytelling across audiences
