Regional Account Manager

As Regional Account Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic Air & Ocean Freight customers across the Netherlands. You will partner with operations, commercial, and product teams to tailor logistics solutions, drive profitable growth, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Your focus is on developing long-term relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and delivering value through market insights and reliable service. • Manage and grow a portfolio of key Air & Ocean Freight accounts
• Build and sustain strong relationships with multiple stakeholder levels
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings with customers
• Analyze customer data, volumes, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contract renewals
• Support RFQs, tenders, and strategic customer projects
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM systems
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and logistics expertise

• Experience in Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Freight Forwarding, or Contract Logistics
• Proven track record in Account Management, Key Account Management, or Business Development
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify and win growth opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to engage with decision-makers and senior-level contacts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Based in the Netherlands and willing to travel to meet customers
