Senior Consultant Financial Services

In this role you will drive transformation projects for clients, shaping efficiency, cost optimization, and risk management initiatives. You will leverage analytical and methodological expertise, lead client workstreams, and mentor junior consultants. You’ll identify commercial opportunities and help scale knowledge through internal and external training. You join an international team to deliver impactful results while developing your expertise in data and AI.

• perform complex analyses to identify critical issues and craft actionable solutions

• Master’s Degree
• at least 3 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry
• Dutch and English fluency with excellent communication and presentation skills
• French language is a plus
• strong understanding of financial sector products, trends, and processes

• strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to quickly build expertise in these areas
