Manager – Cybersecurity Strategy, Risk & Architecture …

In this role you drive security strategy and transformation for clients, bridging security outcomes with business value. You’ll operate at executive levels to translate threats and regulatory shifts into actionable plans and architectures. You shape engagements from ideation to delivery while mentoring teams and growing offerings. This is a chance to lead large-scale security transformations and influence board-level decisions within a global security practice.

• Set the client security agenda and align strategies with business priorities
• Define security strategies and implementation roadmaps beyond compliance
• Lead engagements end-to-end with emphasis on delivery quality and risk decisions
• Guide and develop delivery teams to grow expertise and accountability
• Identify opportunities to expand offerings and drive domain growth

• Master's degree in Security (preferred)
• 6–10 years in security strategy, advisory, or consulting
• Proven track record leading consulting engagements and delivery teams
• Broad expertise in Integrated Risk Management, Third-Party Risk, Strategy Development, Governance & Operating Models, or Transformations
• Ability to connect security outcomes to business value in a credible manner
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills at all levels, including C-suite
• Fluency in English and Dutch
