Tech Lead (Java)

In this Tech Lead role, you guide one domain-wide product team to deliver secure, high-quality and scalable solutions. You collaborate with the Product Owner to shape roadmaps and translate requirements into practical technical designs. You own delivery and mentor engineers, promoting growth and craftsmanship. You lead by example in an open, community-driven culture that values impactful, cross-functional collaboration. • Lead and empower one product domain team to deliver secure, high-quality software
• Collaborate with Product Owner to evaluate initiatives and drive roadmap discussions
• Design and estimate technical solutions with the team for presented challenges
• Own project delivery and develop the skills and strengths of team members
• Demonstrate leadership through example, mentorship, and technical guidance
• Maintain and promote an open-source mindset and collaborative culture
• Manage a sustainable support model for the product
• Coordinate with stakeholders across tech and business to translate requirements into scalable, resilient solutions

• Bachelor in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• 2+ years of experience leading projects and/or teams
