Integration Engineer

In this role, you will architect and deliver integrations across Boomi, Mulesoft, and Azure APIM to enable seamless data flows. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, participate in design and code reviews, and document solutions for ongoing maintenance. The position sits within Atos’ AI-driven digital transformation practice, offering exposure to cloud-based deployments and scalable integration patterns. You will help shape reliable, modern integration landscapes that support business goals.

• Innovate and develop new functionalities within integration platforms (Boomi, Mulesoft, Azure APIM)
• Diagnose and fix defects to ensure smooth integration processes
• Refine requirements and analyze changes to improve integration effectiveness
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality solutions
• Document applications thoroughly for easier maintenance

• 3+ years hands-on experience delivering integrations on Boomi, Mulesoft, or Azure APIM
• Proficiency in test-driven development (TDD)
• Experience implementing reliability patterns on message-based platforms
• Cloud-based deployment experience for scalable integrations
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and hybrid integration platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate across teams
• Problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset
• Awareness of agile working practices (desirable)
• Adherence to coding standards and continuous learning mindset
• Fluency in Dutch and English
