• Assist in delivering core restructuring advisory or IBRs
• Evaluate fundamental drivers, variances and underperformance of a business
• Assess viability and optimal strategy for a business
• Perform complex data studies and interpret results
• Contribute to restructuring plans (including WHOA)
• Liaise with clients and communicate findings
• Support business development via market research and pitch preparation
• Mentor juniors and share best practices
• Expand personal and professional network by attending events

• Solid experience in restructuring, corporate finance or a top-tier consultancy
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Professional proficiency in English and/or Dutch

• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to analyse complex financial information
