Finance Analyst

In this Financial Analyst role within Medtronic’s Sales Finance Center of Expertise, you will act as a finance partner for rebates, ensuring financial soundness and alignment with business goals. You’ll support rebates across the lifecycle, collaborating with commercial and finance stakeholders to drive accurate financial processes. You’ll translate contracts into rebate setups, forecast performance, and contribute to ongoing improvement and automation. • Manage and optimize the rebates portfolio with financial insights
• Translate commercial agreements into rebate processes and set-ups
• Prepare forecasts and monitor customer performance versus targets
• Proactively manage accruals, assess risks, and adjust assumptions
• Ensure financial accuracy via balance sheet reconciliations and rebate balance analysis
• Validate customer sales data for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare settlement calculations and support rebate settlements
• Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance
• 3-6 years of relevant finance/pricing analytics experience
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Experience with an ERP system (preferably SAP)
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Access, Power Query)
