Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst

In this role, you define Booking Holdings’ B2B commercial priorities through market and competitive insights, sizing opportunities, and financially grounded recommendations. You’ll work across markets, segments, and partnerships, leading cross-functional projects from problem framing to execution support. You’ll translate data into actionable strategy, influencing senior leaders and shaping investments. This is a high-impact, cross-disciplinary role with exposure to senior leadership in a fast-moving, global business.

• Shape the B2B commercial strategy across markets, segments, and partnerships
• Lead analyses on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunity sizing
• Build business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations
• Drive cross-functional strategic projects from problem definition to execution support
• Lead independent workstreams on various strategic and ad hoc projects
• Develop frameworks to prioritize opportunities and allocate resources
• Partner with teams across the organization to align on priorities and advance initiatives

• 3–5 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, or commercial planning
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn complex information into actionable insights
• Strong business judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity in strategic questions
• Experience building financial models and developing business cases
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
