Sustainability Reporting Manager

In this role you drive the end-to-end delivery of the Sustainability Impact Report for a global consumer goods organisation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across markets to ensure timely, high-quality disclosures, leveraging programme management and stakeholder engagement to navigate complex ESG reporting environments. You shape governance, data quality, and assurance processes while aligning with sustainability standards. This is an opportunity to influence transparent reporting at scale and partner with senior leadership.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the annual Sustainability Impact Report with defined plans, timelines and governance.
• Coordinate contributions from sustainability, finance, legal, HR, procurement, operations and communications.
• Manage progress, dependencies, risks, and ensure on-time delivery and quality of reporting.
• Act as primary liaison between contributors, SMEs and senior leadership; prepare governance materials and updates.
• Facilitate steering committees and governance meetings; manage external partners and assurance providers.
• Coordinate content collection, review cycles, approvals and governance of reporting; support standards implementation.
• Coordinate data collection and validation of sustainability KPIs; support dashboard development and documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external assurance activities and track remediation/actions.
• Maintain reporting inventories, ownership matrices and calendars.

• 7-10 years' experience in project management, sustainability/ESG reporting, programme management, consulting or communications.
• Proven track record managing large cross-functional programmes with senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering complex reporting or regulatory programmes in an international corporate environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and disclosure requirements
• Experience with data-driven reporting environments
• Knowledge of CSRD, ESRS and assurance processes is highly preferred
