Pension Delivery Lead

You lead pension technology programs at scale, guiding transformations for pension funds, administrators, and insurers. You drive delivery of administration platforms, data migrations, and external integrations while ensuring regulatory alignment and operational excellence. You collaborate with regulators, vendors, and actuarial teams to shape solutions that meet pension reform requirements. This role combines leadership, complex program management, and a passion for innovation to deliver meaningful impact in the Dutch pension landscape.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of pension technology programs from initiation to post-implementation support
• Manage implementations of pension administration systems, data migrations, and integrations with external platforms
• Ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks including compliance, data integrity, and third-party dependencies
• Act as strategic delivery partner to pension funds, administrators, and insurers
• Align delivery roadmaps with business goals like transparency, risk control, and operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams of business analysts, developers, testers, and migration specialists
• Foster collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement; support team development
• Communicate progress, KPIs, risks, and delivery value to stakeholders; translate roadmaps into business language
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and review sessions for alignment and transparency

• 8+ years of experience in the pensions industry and/or Financial Services
• Proven experience delivering software implementation projects in the pension domain
• Strong understanding of pension processes (benefit calculations, participant onboarding, contribution flows, data migration)
• Familiarity with transitions to new pension legislation including the Dutch pension reform
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
• Stakeholder management skills; ability to structure complex programs and motivate teams
