Senior Director, Product Management (eIL)

In this role you steer the Sensor product line strategy and roadmap within the eIL Innovation team, aligning with growth goals and customer needs. You own the portfolio, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure financial and operational targets are met. You will shape the sensor portfolio, champion a modern PLM approach, and maintain a market-driven mindset. • Define and execute the multi-year global vision for the sensor product line, including RFID (HF/UHF/RAIN) and BLE, wireless sensing, and inlay/label tech
• Lead a modernized, agile PLM approach to respond quickly to market shifts and tech advances
• Oversee roadmap and portfolio to balance product mix against market demands and opportunities
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to identify new product development, line extensions, or acquisitions
• Manage the financial performance (revenue, profitability) of the sensor line; set pricing models and KPIs
• Support high level strategic planning (SC planning)
• Cultivate partnerships with IC design partners and standards bodies (e.g., GS1, RAIN Alliance)
• Guide cross-functional teams (tech development, marketing, sales, external partners) through stage-gate development to deployment
• Scale and mentor a high-performing product management team; foster urgency, accountability, and customer-centric innovation
• Provide executive-level guidance and thought leadership to leadership and enterprise customers

• 10+ years of leadership in electronics product management
• proven success managing multi-million dollar P&Ls in global, complex matrix organizations
• deep technical expertise in RFID (RAIN, NFC, UHF, BLE), ambient IoT, IC design workflows, sensor packaging, and enterprise IoT platforms
• entrepreneurial, market-driven mindset focused on dynamics, competition, and customer strategy
• strong Agile and data-driven decision-making; capable of simplifying workflows
• exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; proven cross-functional leadership
