In this role, you will coordinate owner-furnished, contractor-installed equipment for a major data centre project in Eemshaven. You’ll liaise with vendors, suppliers and site teams to keep equipment deliveries and documentation aligned with the project programme. You will support factory witness testing, commissioning readiness and handover, ensuring seamless integration of OFCI items. This position offers exposure to mission-critical scale across Europe and a structured, safety-focused project environment.

• Coordinate OFCI equipment from procurement through delivery, installation and handover
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to manage equipment requirements
• Track procurement schedules, delivery dates, material status and equipment availability
• Coordinate vendor documentation, technical submittals and equipment records
• Support factory witness testing (FWT) and off-site testing activities
• Coordinate installation readiness with electrical, mechanical and commissioning teams
• Monitor progress against project schedules and identify delivery/coordination risks
• Attend vendor/site coordination meetings and project planning sessions
• Maintain equipment registers and tracking documentation
• Support quality checks, inspections, snagging and close-out of OFCI items
• Coordinate with commissioning teams to ensure readiness for testing and handover
• Support reporting, risk management and resolution of vendor/supply-chain issues
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed

• Experience coordinating equipment, materials, vendor or supply-chain in engineering/procurement/construction
• Knowledge of OFCI equipment and materials management
• Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
• Understanding of factory witness testing, equipment testing or commissioning processes
• Strong organisational, communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams
• Flexibility to support project deadlines and handover periods
• EU passport required
