Chief Client Architect

In this role you will act as the primary executive technical advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders, shaping long-term architecture and automation strategies aligned with enterprise standards. You will lead executive-level discussions on platform adoption, governance maturity, and technology investment decisions, and own post-sale technical strategy for flagship accounts. You will guide AI and agentic automation journeys, define MCP strategies, and ensure security, governance, and risk considerations are embedded. • Executive Advisory & Flagship Account Leadership: advise CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders; own long-term architecture and automation strategy; lead platform adoption discussions; single point of accountability for post-sales strategy
• AI, Agentic Automation & Enterprise MCP Strategy: shape AI journeys, advise on agent-based workflows and human-in-the-loop models; define enterprise MCP strategies and governance across apps, data, and workflows
• Expansion, Value Realization & Commercial Impact: drive expansion and renewal confidence; identify multi-year opportunities; align with Account Executives and Customer Success
• Strategic Consulting & Advisory Delivery: lead high-impact services with executive judgment; apply GEARS and Embedded Product Guide methodologies; guide target-state definitions and prototyping
• Architecture Governance & Decision Authority: define standards and guardrails; escalate non-standard architectures; advise on governance models for integration, automation, and AI agents
• Frameworks, Thought Leadership & Enablement: contribute to architecture frameworks and AI patterns; create executive assets; mentor post-sales teams and support partner enablement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 20+ years of technology transformation consulting (integration, middleware, API management) experience
• 15+ years in Enterprise Architect, Digital Architect, or similar senior role
• Proven experience advising C-level executives on technology strategy and transformation
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, and operating models
• Track record of driving platform expansion and value realization through professional services
• Excellent executive communication skills (board-level presentations and strategic docs)
• Ability to operate independently in complex, ambiguous environments and deliver outcomes
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
