Senior Manager Logistics at Redcare Pharmacy oversees large-scale warehouse operations in Sevenum, driving safe, compliant and cost-efficient fulfillment. • Lead and develop staff and leadership teams for up to 300 indirect employees
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations to meet quality, productivity, cost and service targets
• Own KPI-based performance management, initiating corrective actions and improvements
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, labour regulations and quality standards (ISO 9001, GDP)
• Collaborate on logistics projects and implement new processes or concepts
• Provide structured reporting and transparent updates to the Director Logistics on performance and risks

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
• 2-3 years in logistics or warehouse operations with senior leadership responsibility
• Experience managing large operational teams across multiple leadership layers
• Strong KPI-based performance management and productivity steering
• Solid understanding of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in English and German
