Production Associate

In this role you support the integration center by handling entry-level tasks such as testing, inspection, basic installations, and inventory management to ensure quality and on-time processing of materials. You work with technical documentation, log accurate information, and help maintain orderly warehouse and shipping workflows. You collaborate with the Production Supervisor to meet production demand and quality standards. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and time management drive operational success.

• Inspect product for accuracy and defects
• Follow general instructions and technical documents to execute tasks
• Perform quality checks on product and tasks
• Install hardware and/or assemble per customer requirements
• Complete physical audit of equipment and accessories
• Package and label according to customer requirements
• Update location and order status in internal systems
• Troubleshoot hardware installations
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC power where applicable
• Package and stage equipment
• Route and manage power cords to standards
• Listen to others, confirm understanding and interpret non-verbal cues
• Log detailed information accurately for traceability
• Understand and assemble products per technical documentation to meet quality standards
• Know processes for ordering, shipping and warehousing materials to support production
