Teamlead Software Development

In this role you lead the SRXP and Exact Financials teams in Delft, guiding people and setting objectives for quality, security, and new features. You’ll also perform cross-product project management, driving initiatives like integrating the Support Agent and connecting local products to the Invoice Gateway. The position sits within Exact Technology, offering a rich learning environment in both software development and product management. • Lead the SRXP and Exact Financials teams in Delft, overseeing performance and growth
• Define objectives for quality, security, and new functionalities
• Manage projects spanning all local products (e.g., Support Agent, Invoice Gateway integration)
• Provide cross-functional project management and coordinate with stakeholders
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within a diverse tech environment
• Operate with a strong SSDLC focus and ensure secure software practices
